Ordering & Payment
At this time we only ship within the United States. We will offer shipping to Canada in the near future. Please allow up to 1-2 days processing time before your order ships, pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Thursday through Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Holidays are considered a weekend and no orders will be processed these days.
If for some reason, any of the products selected are out of stock (regarding Pick & Mix orders we reserve the right to substitute with a similar item, but most times we will try contacting you first) or if additional identification is needed for credit card authorization, Scandybar will contact you directly.
Scandybar uses UPS for all deliveries. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We do not offer flat rate shipping fees at this time.
Regarding packaging, each candy type (chocolate with chocolate, sugar coated with sugar coated candy etc.) is packaged in individual bags that are sealed to guarantee optimal taste and quality.
Scandybar strongly recommends to avoid ordering any of the chocolate products during the summer months. We do use cold shipping supplies when appropriate for additional fee, but given the occasional delays due to Covid-19/other delays we can not guarantee timely arrival.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Scandybar, you are responsible for both the original shipping costs incurred and the cost of returning the package to us.
Scandybar takes the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you are shopping on our website. We do not sell or share any information gathered from our website or from our stores. For the online shop to be able to function we need to ask certain information such as name, shipping and billing information, phone number, email and credit card information. Transactions on our site are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption and our website does not store your credit card information.
