Returns & Exchanges


Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you find the product to be damaged/defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. We ask that you will provide us with a description of damages/defects along with pictures. Upon receiving your email we will make a determination of either issuing a refund or replacing the original product.  


Only non-food items may be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Buyer will be responsible for exchange shipping charges.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.   

Depending on where you are shipping the item from, the time it will take to finalize the exchange will vary. 


When returning an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We CAN NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
