Shipping Information

Shipping times vary based on location and products ordered. Once an order has been placed, it will then go through processing. Processing typically takes between 1-2 business days. Orders are only shipped on business days Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays). Usually orders received closer to the end of the week (Thursday & Friday) will be processed first and then shipped the following week (Monday) for speedier delivery. We also do not want your order sitting idly in transit during the weekend. 

Orders placed on either the weekend or on a holiday, the above estimates start from the first business day after your order is placed. Contact us with questions about shipping.

Keep in mind that shipping offices are closed on U.S. federal holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these days: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day. 

Scandybar uses UPS for all deliveries. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We do not offer flat rate shipping fees at this time.

SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

When offered, free shipping promotions cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

Severe weather conditions may cause shipping delays. We cannot guarantee express delivery in the event of severe weather or delays due to Covid-19.

If you live in a hot climate or during hot summer months we strongly suggest that you do not place an order for chocolate.

Scandybar is not liable for any damage or loss of quality incurred during shipping. As well as delays with the shipping service or lost packages. However please contact us at contact@thescandybar.com in the event you have an issue and we will work out options upon review of the information provided. 

If you are experiencing shipping delays or a missing package, please contact the shipping service first. We are only able to provide you with the same tracking number that we receive from our shipping service once the order leaves our shipping location.
